We’re looking for a company or individual to underwrite the printing of our 20-page banquet program. This year’s program will be in the hands of every attendee and will have detailed information of all live and silent auction items, as well as special shoutouts to our sponsors and donors. Included in sponsoring the 2024 program you or your company will command a full-page, 4-color ad on the back outside cover.

The most visible sponsorship at the banquet. This year we will give away 40 raffle items, each one color coded in red, white and blue. When the winning raffle ticket is drawn, the winner will not only receive the raffle prize, but will take home a YETI 5-gallon Loadout Bucket where the raffle tickets are placed. Your name or company logo will be prominently placed on each raffle table, and you’ll receive special recognition in the banquet program along with special recognition by the banquet’s emcee.

Our dinner menu will be a choice of prime rib or Chinook salmon as well as great sides, desserts and hors d’oeuvres served prior to the dinner. We will have co-branded signs at each serving station and you or your company will receive special recognition in the banquet program along with special recognition from the banquet emcee. Everyone will be enjoying their dinner knowing that you helped provide it.

Be the life of the Banquet! Not only will your logo and signage be prominently placed on the bar (everyone’s favorite hangout spot) but your logo will appear on 300 custom koozies that will be given out to every attendee at this year’s banquet. You’ll also receive special recognition in the banquet program.

Start the live auction off with by showing your Beaver pride by sponsoring a customized 19 quart OSU Beaver Engel cooler loaded with Beaver swag (hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, decals) and two (2) Oregon State Beaver football tickets for the Nov. 23 rd football game in Corvallis against Washington State University. When you agree to sponsor this live auction item, you will receive special recognition from the banquet emcee and special recognition in the program.

Calling all Ducks. Go head to head with your in state rival with this live auction item, a great opportunity to show your support for the Ducks. Sponsor a customized 19 quart University of Oregon Engel cooler loaded with Duck swag (hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, decals) and two (2) U of O football tickets for the Nov. 30 football game in Eugene against the University of Washington. When you agree to sponsor this live auction item, you will receive special recognition from the banquet emcee and special recognition in the program.

Partner with CCA Oregon and place your company logo on the front left chest of the state banquet t-shirts handed out to each person who attends the state banquet. CCA Oregon’s ‘For The Fish’ logo will be screen printed on the back of the t-shirt making this shirt a collector’s item.
